Nadim is a Director in the Life Sciences Practice at Navigant Consulting. He possesses 18 years of broad-based global health care experience. Nadim has extensive expertise in new product planning and launch, global disease area strategy, marketing, business development and operations.

In his most recent role, as V.P., Head of Global Marketing and Business Development at AEterna Zentaris, Nadim oversaw new product development, long term strategy, marketing and BD. Prior to this, Nadim held several senior level positions at Novartis. He served as Global Brand Director - Neuroscience, responsible for over $1 billion in annual sales. He also served as Head of the EU Neuroscience Franchise, responsible for establishing and overseeing the execution of the EU neuroscience strategy.

Nadim began his career at Johnson & Johnson in sales, sales management and marketing and excelled in several positions. Nadim has a breath of disease area experience, including Neuroscience, Oncology, Respiratory Disease, Chronic Pain, Endocrinology, and Gastroenterology.
